Travis/GE installed our patches yesterday. No issues with the install or EMR 9.8 itself (I can't comment on the CQR end-result as yet). Only takes about 10-minutes.
Nobody would have noticed if JBOSS hadn't needed to be restarted; GE will create a task running automatically overnight to restart the service.
This patch should allow you to avoid the requirement to be on SP7 by 12/31.
I'm looking for more info on that during next week's EMR State of the Union address and will be thrilled not to upgrade Christmas week.
