Wondering if anyone is not upgrading from v12.3 to v20 soon, and if so, how are you handling ePrescribing from 9/1/2021 on? We were planning to have migrated to a new EMR before 9/1, but that date moved and has brought an alternate solution for ePrescribing into scope. Due to Rx volume, paper is not an option - has anyone decided to integrate with a third-party ePrescribing vendor, and if so, how well does it integrate and how much did workflows change? Happy to take this offline 1:1 if you are willing to share.

We were in a similar situation when they first announced the required move to v20 and the loss of Surescripts support. We tried to engage Surescripts with the hope that we could maintain a relationship with them absent of athena. Unfortunately, that wasn't an option and we decided to bite the bullet and go to v20 (still testing).
