Hello,

Is there anyone out there using CEMR to document for a ASC? We have a ASC that currently maintains a paper chart for patients, while our Urology clinic uses CEMR to document outpatient care. We are contemplating transitioning the ASC to document in CEMR. If you are doing this, any advice?

If you have a ASC and are not documenting in CEMR, what are you using to document? A paper chart? Another EMR (name)?
