We are having a problem when we append a signed document. If we click Append and enter the info in the bottom box, sign then go back to the + we see what we appeneded and what we entered.
But if we append and open a new full update after we finish and sign the chart we click on the + and we do not see anything, it is empty, it only shows electronically signed by....etc
Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks
Make sure the form they are typing in the full append is not dependent on other forms. You can right click the append and view clinical list udpates to see if anything was added to an obs term. I ran into this where I have one form to document in, but the data flows to several other forms in the update, so when they pulled in only the one document, it didn't populate anywhere but showed in an obs term.
