This just came up with SP10 for us. Whenever an Append is created for a signed document and an Order is added, it does not show up on the Orders or Complete orders screen. Even made sure it was all filter properly to show everything. I have opened a ticket with GE, anyone else encounter this issue that is on CPS 12 SP10?
I just tried this and am not noting this issue. I appended an office visit and added an xray order. It printed and did show under the orders section of the patients chart. I am noting that it does not display in the text view of the append that an order was added during that append.
Tested in CEMR 9.8.10, and didn't note this issue. The orders in the append did go through and are reflected in the orders tab after signing. Maybe only CPS issue?
I'm also not seeing this behavior.
Weird, didn't happen to me personally, but one of the workers here. I ran a trace and it should be showing, but it is not. I tested myself, and worked fine, so i do not know how to duplicate it. Maybe it was just a one time glitch.
It might be that order is still unsigned. Only signed order shows up under order module.
Check the Display option to make sure the user is not suppressing Warning messages. Perhaps there is an error on the Order to where they are missing a pop-up.
Another option would be if the Crystal Report is failing for some reason (assuming its a Test) the order cannot be signed.

Are you still seeing this problem. This sounds a lot like a problem we are experiencing. Actually after checking the database I see the order is unsigned even though the note is. Just curious if you have a SPR or did you get it resolved. We are cps 12 sp 11

no, we are on CPS 12 sp 11, seems to have fixed the issue.
