Does anyone know if it is possible to print appointment card reminders
via Centricity?
I don't recall seeing anything like that but management wanted me to ask?

Are you asking for it to be done one-at-a-time, from within GE, or for a batch process (like a Crystal Report or other process) to select patients and print reminders?

Yes, we print "Appointment Cards" on large Dymo labels from the scheduling module when the appointment is scheduled. What we use is below.

For one at a time...
create a handout; note that handouts can use MEL and can thus be custom
design your vfe form with a button, and the button would do the print-handout
probably need to adjust/check the printer destination (network/local/etc...)
and then that printer would need to hold the paper stock (material) you want to print on

There is an appointment reminder letter in PM that you can customize easily and does not require a crystal report license. You can format these however you wish. Let me know if you need help. [email protected]

I created a custom crystal report that is printed from the schedule. It prints a small appointment reminder on the same receipt printer we use for credit card receipts. It's a Star TSP650 I think. It has worked nicely for many years.
