Centricity EMR 9.10
We had a patient whos appointment was deleted, is there a way in centricity or using crystal reports to find deleted appointments? I tried going through the data dictionary but could find nothing, you think this would be a recorded field.

You can see who and when an appointment was cancelled while in the Scheduling component in CPS. You first have to show your cancelled appointments. So go to "Options" on the toolbar and choose "Preferences". On the left-hand side, click "Schedule" and on the right-hand side, click the box for "Show canceled appointments". Then just close out. Then go to the schedule/day that had the cancelled appointment and click on it to select it. Then click "View" and then click on "View Appointment Activity List".

Can you clarify -- deleted as in does not appear to be there, or canceled (not on an active appt view) but its entry still exists. Canceled is indicated by APPT.APPTSTATUS = 2

To Clarify, this is not a cancelled appointment. This is an appointment that is scheduled by a user for a patient, and then another user with add/change appointment privileges goes into the appointment book and Deletes that appointment. It seems that centricity does not track the appointment ever being made or deleted then which I find crazy, because there is no way to shut off the Delete privilege, it is either all Add/change appointment or none.
