Okay, has anyone every seen CPS put Schedule Administration in as a status when checking in a patient?
I have one front desk person that all of a sudden it started putting that as the appointment status when she checks in the patient. She can going to modify appointment status in the field manually changed to check in and it will turn blue but not from the check-in button or the right click check-in option on the menu.
If anyone has seen this, please let me know what to do to fix this. I will be opening the case with GE to be on the safe side.
