We recently added a new user; when she goes to add an appointment, none of the appointment types show up. Any thoughts on what we need to check in the user's set-up?

Is she an authorized user for the specific location where you setup the appointment types? For my version (EMR 9.5) appointment types are built in user setup in a specific location folder.
