We have been a long term Callpointe client but ever since they were acquired by West (who also acquired Televox) the amount of issues we have had with Callpointe has went through the roof. No calls, incorrect calls, sending patients to the wrong location over and over and incorrectly updating Centricity.
We are looking for a reminder/confirmation system that integrates with CPS and can handle our practice complexity.. any recommendations?

we had the same issue. We hired a developer to take over and can now easily make changes to the system anytime we want.
We are even expanding the system so that our patients will eventually be able to text back and forth with us.

We switched from Televox to Relatient almost two years ago and the staff really like it. Super easy to use, very little complaints from patients. Easy assess to send last minute reminders calls/texts when needed. They have several other products that we enjoy as well.

Dave-
I would recommend that you go beyond simple appointment reminders. Why not automate the entire process of:
1. Recalling & scheduling patients
2. Reminders including rescheduling ability
3. No-show follow up and rescheduling
