Is anyone using appointment limits with unallocated schedule templates and if so, figured out how to stop appointments showing up in the search criteria as available once the limit has been reached for that provider on that day? Or is there a way to have the pop-up that warns that the limit for that appt type for that day has been reached fire as soon as you select an option in the search, rather than when you're finalizing scheduling the appt?
I'd also be interested in speaking to anyone that has successfully implemented Advanced Access scheduling methods with the CPS scheduling module.
We are using limits on allocated schedules and we are still offered a slot even if that type has been booked. We are not warned about the limit violation until we select that appointment to book. I wish the slot were never offered and if someone knows a way to do this I would be interested. What we ended up doing was assigning only one slot a day for that type of appointment.
Not sure if that helps.
any updates on this?
Has anyone figured this out? Why is there a check box to include appointments after limits are met if it does not even work?
