In our CPS 12 scheduler, we have a mysterious problem with multiple clients' appointments dropping out of our doctors’ schedules. It seems to be happening with clients that are scheduled with recurring appointments for every month. It happened to one of our clients today, where we made these appointments last Friday and then they were gone this morning.
Has anyone else experienced this odd problem and found out why it was happening?

Does the removal show up in the schedule activity log?

We are new to the Centricity scheduler, so I'm not familiar with the "schedule activity log". Where do I find it?

I found the schedule activity in the ActivityLog table. After looking at the rows in that table for the scheduler, it appears that we had some users deleting appointments for patients. Thanks for pointing me in this direction!
