We have been on Athena Flow V20 for almost 6 months and it has been a disaster. Frequent chart locks, Freezing and system crashes several times per week or almost a daily basis. Is any one else having a problems as well . If you want to compare notes I can be reached at [email protected]

We have AthenaPractice V20.1 and we have the same issues. I logged a case but not really getting anywhere with Athena. They are telling me it is my environment. More customers need to report the crashing and freezing or they will not look into it.

Do you have Dr. First Medication Management enabled or are you still running legacy medication management?

Yes we have MM in V20.1.
