Attachments opening behind all other windows in CPS

We have an issue with one of our providers, where everytime she opens an attachment from the EMR, it opens but behind all open windows. Has anyone else run into this issue and is there any fix? Thanks!

We had a similar issue. It corrected itself as soon as the PC was restarted.
