How are people handling the auto population of fields (patient name, date of birth, etc) on standardized forms (like DWC-25)? We are hoping someone has figured out a way to use the chart data to populate the form fields.

Hi Brian,
We can help you autofill a (DWC - 25) with patient information using CareLynks (formerly Visual Signature Capture) directly from the visit. I've got samples of other workman's comp forms we've built for other clients that we can demo for you.
