Hi there,
We are trying to test our interface for exporting Service Orders (charges) to our PM system. We have a daily recurring task set up for this to export at midnight. However, I noticed that the DTS kicked off some exports earlier than scheduled... seems to happen at random times and whenever there is an "Automatic refresh of DTS configuration" (Activity Msg #20)
Question -- Does anyone know what triggers an automatic refresh of the DTS config?
I have a SR with GE now about this but just wondering if other folks have experienced this as well. We are currently on CEMR 9.8.13 - Oracle.

I believe that message shows up the first time a task is run after configuration for it has been updated, after the LinkLogic cache is destroyed. or the LinkLogic service has been stopped and started.
