Hi there -
For the folks who have gone live with integrating Azure Active Directory, how painful was the sync and did you have to create AD accounts for the generic EMR accounts used for LinkLogic DTS and SMPP (used for service layer)? Any insight is greatly appreciated!!

Our AAD integration went smoothly. I am uncertain if that is representative of the awesomeness of our IT team or the sophistication of the product.
Since the AAD just points at our local LDAP we didn't need to change or create any new accounts. Our old service layer accounts continued to work, without edits.
You can also still have generic accounts in CPS (For like group flag mailboxes) without linking them to an AAD object.
Hopefully this helps a bit or at least gives you some piece of mind.
