Anyone know why we are getting these??
You can call GE (an navigate to eSm folks) and they will tell you exactly what is wrong.
But the few I received were all bad zipcodes (non 5/9 digit entries) on the patient registration. Once I fixed the zipcode, we stopped getting the error for that patient.

Thanks James - checked that - it's okay - have ticket open with GE - will post results when received.
GE checked and advised that we had incomplete social security number for the patient - something else to watch out for!

I've gotten them for bad social sec no's before, but haven't checked the zip code. Also, does anyone else notice that when you put in a Guarantor's SSN in the registration it doesn't alert you or give a flag when there aren't exactly 9 digits in the SSN? We have been seeing this alot lately in link logic. They come over as Corrupted Data and can't be exported until we correct the Guarantor's SSN.
