We are getting ready to train Behavioral Health providers on the new DSM-5 codes and need a custom problem list for CPS that maps DSM-5 codes to ICD-10 codes.
Does anyone have a list they can share?

Joan,
Can I ask a few questions about how your BH providers are documenting their visits? Do you have a set of forms (custom or otherwise), do they dictate their notes, are they free-typing their notes, how are you securing their notes so others cannot access them?
If this is not the time or place to ask about your workflow, please let me know.

We use custom forms for all our therapy and psych notes. We have confidentially settings for each group to limit the access of who can view the BH notes. We also have 2 brief 'public' note types that therapy and psych can use to notify other clinicians of patients status with BH.

My Mental Health providers have just asked me to build a form based on DSM-5. I would be interested in seeing your custom list to determine if that might meet what they are looking for. If you had any Assessment or Discharge forms you would be willing to share that would be greatly appreciated as well. We have been on CPS for 2 years and are finally starting to build custom forms for our Mental Health providers. They had been using Text components to this point to complete their dictations. We currently have a Progress note form that they are somewhat satisfied with.
