currently using cps 12.0.11.2254 and only 1 user is having a problem when trying to print superbills. The print dialog box is blank until she hoovers over a field and then it will show temporarily. Support has uninstalled and reinstalled and did a recovery from a prior date but still can't see print options in schedule. She is able to print reports and other software w/o problems.

If it is only happening with one user, does it happen at multiple workstations?
Maybe try to clear or recreate her profile.
