Hello,
We are currently on CPS 10. When printing prescriptions and checking BRAND MEDICALLY NECESSARY, this does not print on the RX. Is there an additional step or is this a known issue?
Thanks,
Rebecca
We get this when our providers/nurses don't choose the correct state. For example, we are in Indiana and have our indiana script set to show this but when the state defaults to Oregon (random pick) because the electronic pharmacy is there, it doesn't print on the script if they print it. Doesn't make sense, but it is what happens here. Same with DEA numbers for controlled meds. From what I understand, if the format from the state it is set on is different than your state set up, the other state format overrides yours. We used to have the same set up copied into all states so it didn't matter, but for whatever reason , it won't work that way anymore.
