I am following the below instructions to print out bulk letters for patients. Currently on V11 CPS. I am getting the following error message in all Databases but one that is working. Please review and let me know what I could be missing. Again, this is working in 1 of 10 different databases…..Could there be a setting I need to change? I am waiting to hear back from GE for help as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

1) After running the inquiry, select the reports tab.
2) Expand the letters folder & drill down to the folder containing the letter you will send to each patient identified in the inquiry search result list.
3) Select the letter to print.
4) If you want to save the letter as a document in each patient’s chart, click the corresponding checkbox & select the signing EMR user from the dropdown.
5) Customize the letter as desired via the customize button, or click the print button if no customization is needed.
Our one database that is working is on a different version of V11 (older) and the other databases that are not working are on a newer version of V11. I am thinking this may be a glitch..... But if someone could see if they are having the same issue, would be great!
So as a follow up to my original post.....I spoke with a rep from GE and apparently this is a known defect in all of Version 11 of CPS. Slated corrected set for service pack 3. Our one database that is working is a fluke and should also be broken. So if anyone is having an issue with the bulk letter printing in V11, wait for SP 3 and it should be corrected.
