We are testing CCC in CPS 12 before going live, and notice that CPOE templates for various problems cannot be inserted as they could in CPS 10. When the problem is selected in the drop down the Insert Template Button is not bolded and pressing it does nothing. This is the case for both HIV and Hypertension for instance. Upon investigation, I discovered that the form is looking for ICD10 codes in the CCCQE-User-Edit-CPOE-XXX-TFE.txt files, but for the most parts those files only have the ICD9 problem codes. Does anyone know if a newer version of the files will be provided?
What version CCC are you using? I have had the same issue since April when we went live with 12. Our Providers choose COPD (496) as a diagnosis, and it won't insert the meds or the template. My user edit form is correct and it contains ICD 9 and 10 codes. I have deduced it to the code being too short. GE says I should upgrade to CCC VS 9.0

I am pretty surfe it's 9.0 now and it doesn't work, but I'll check. Are you using ICD10-XXX in the TFE files. For instance in ICD10 HIV is B20. The file has to contain ICD10-B20
Yes I am using ICD 10 in the file, and it still doesn't work. Doesn't work for depression (311) either.
Does anyone know if GE is going to release the CCCQE-User-Edit-CPOE-XXX-TFE.txt files with the correct ICD-10 codes? Also, I went to the Clinical Content Consultants site, and found that they have a TFE Editor form to modify these files.
We have the same problem with the CPOE form only working "insert template" for diabetes condition and none of the others. This started after we upgraded to 9.0 CCC forms. Our providers are very frustrated and I cannot get any answers on how to fix it, or if it will be corrected in a service pack, etc. Anyone have any information?
