We are looking for feedback on the CCC forms. We are going to have a demo on cardiology forms but in general we are looking for both positives and negatives. Also, did you have to make several changes / mapping to meet stage 2 and is documentation "easy" and Medicare compliant when using them?

We have been using CCC Forms for years. Our providers are used to them now and things are smooth. We have 13 providers and all did meet MU2 in 2014, but I think the Basic forms has everything for that.
Documentation... Well I would not say its good or easy at first. Their is quite a bit of setup and customization to be done on the forms for your organization. Especially if the form links to orders. Once we understood them any modifications is pretty simple. Some folks outsource the setup process, we choose to do it ourselves. The best bonus on the forms for us is we usually do not have to worry about if our forms are going to work after a upgrade of the CPS version.
But on the flip side, their is a lot of content that we do not need or use. So I can see the benefit of custom VFE forms that is more narrowed to your workflow.
