When upgrading to SP 12.0.8 do we have to upgrade to cccv9? We don't want to lose the Well Child forms, and have not found a way to re-insert it into our test environment.
Any ideas??

No you do not, the CCC upgrades are only for MU and changes.

We are currently testing Service Pack 8 without changing to CCC V9.x. Although, we have applied CCC Basic v1.1 ontop of SP8. Caution: it will overwrite some of your forms and ccc files. Use a file comparator tool (KDIFF) to remediate the changes.
We have been testing/validating the SP8 for about 2 weeks now and are planning on rolling this update to production within the week. So far, we have not found any serious issues with SP8.

We learned that we have to install CCC Basic V 1.1 on top of SP8 because we noticed that service pack 8 alone will not fix the "too many problems" error in the CPOE form when the patients problem list exceeds 45.
