For those folks receiving CCD-As from your local hospitals, are you receiving a consistent format to the attachments you get?
- *.xml ?
- *.zip ?
- *.html ?
Most hospitals seem to send only a single XML file (which fails in Kryptiq)
A few hospitals send a full *.zip package (which sometimes works)
Because these often also error on the NIST, it is still unclear whether this issue is with GE/Kryptiq, the HISP/HIE or the hospital. http://transport-testing.nist.gov/ttt/

Hi Jim,
We receive CCD-As from our local hospital but are using Qvera to import them into the EMR which has worked consistently. Another analyst had been attempting to test with the Kryptic solution and has run into multiple roadblocks - I will mark this thread and update if he makes any progress. At this time he is also unsure if it is a GE/Kryptic or HISP issue (or an issue with the organization he is testing with). It was working a few weeks ago but has recently stopped after a surescripts or med allies update (I can't even keep it all straight anymore...) so he is leaning towards HISP.
Just wanted to let you know you are not the only one out there having issues with the TOCs.
Thanks,
Mike
