I think this may have started after changing my password.
I am not able to view the growth chart and I get this message:
Error occurred in class LegacyCWSClient, method SendHttpWebRequest
WebException: The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error.
at System.Net.HttpWebRequest.GetResponse()
at GEHC.Centricity.Common.Application.ServiceLayer.LegacyCWSClient.SendHttpWebRequest(String soapRequest)
Any help?
Good Morning,
We learned that if a password has the special character "&" our users cannot view the Growth Chart. GE confirmed as well that "&" blocks the Growth Chart.

Yes I chased that problem for a few days. I would eliminate any special characters in your PW. SQL doesn't like it either. I have seen issues in a few places in EMR due to special characters in the PW.
