I have been holding off on doing the SP 10 upgrade for our EMR because of all the issues people were having when doing the upgrade. I want to roll out the update as it adds better clarity and tools for the ICD-10 coding for our providers.
Does anyone have any outstanding issues with the Service Pack 10 upgrade? Any hints/tips for doing the upgrade?
Right now we are on version 9.8.9 going to 9.8.10.
Some of the items I read about in the forums were issues with Flags being removed, CCC Forms (which we use), etc.

im a small clinic, but my only big issue was grabbing the CCC basic install from the wrong directory in the staging directory. they don't specify which directory in the install notes. in my case there was a ccc basic in clinkits directory and ccc directory, the correct one is the ccc directory.

We just upgraded to CPS 12.0.10 this weekend and we had some problems with the September KB update causing an issue with the SP10 update. We had to roll back and do the SP10 upgrade first and then the September KB. Spoke with GE and they now have a workaround IF you already did the September KB first. Other than that things went smoothly and users seem to be noticing performance improvements.
