We applied the April KB this weekend and have noticed a HUGE increase in our crashes. Has anyone else experienced this?

Error occurred in class CWpfEmr, method CommitClinicalList Changes
error "main application executable has stopped working"

This looks like an issue with the JBOSS/JMX console.

Any suggestions on where to start and address this?

We receive an idispatch error 3092 when running this on our test env. Anyone else seeing this. We have a ticket with our VAR but it looks like a SQL issue on this.

I just heard from our GE account rep that the GE download site initially had a broken version of the KB update. If you downloaded the KB update immediately from the site there is a chance you got the bad code.

If it was an early release with known bad code then downloading and applying a known good version should fix it. I had to do that once, several years ago.

Actually our tables were out of synch once we resolved that, our crashes went back to the normal number and type
