DOES ANY HAVE A FORM THAT CAPTURES ALL THE DIAG FROM THE ASSESSMENT AND CAN ADD THEM TO THE '99...' CHARGE WITHOUT THE PROVIDER HAVING TO DO THE STEPS MANUALLY?

If you are using the CPOE A&P CCC form, then I have exactly what you are looking for. I built a form that takes the Diagnoses from the CPOE, in the order they are entered, and adds them to the office visit. It has a list of office codes for new patients, returning patients, and even some wellness exams.

Daniel, This form is just what I needed. Can you tell me what criteria to get it to show new patients codes?

Ah, I sent you an older copy. This is the version we are using at the clinic today:
It says simple because I stopped trying to get the function where it detected if the patient was new or returning based on appointment status. we found that due to a CPS error, the MEL code was not always correct on if a patient was new/returning.
Please let me know if you have any issues with this version. it should be much easier, as the codes are all displayed at the same time.
