We are on CPS 12.0.7 and we are using the full CCC ver 9 forms. Since we updated to ver 9 my users have noted a problem with CPOE-A&P-CCC form. When the "insert template" button is clicked for a diagnosis of diabetes in the area for "Assessment #1" data is imported into the text field which lists certain Lab. If this same button is clicked in subsequent Assessments nothing is imported in forother diagnoses such as Hypertension, Depression, Hyperlipidemia, etc. Before we updated to version 9 (i.e., on ver 8.3.8) data was inserted for each of these diagnoses whenselecting the "Insert Template" button. Has anyone else seen this behavior change? Have you found a fix? We have not made any changes in any of the text editoring files either before or after the CCC version change.
Thanks for your help.
I just checked and this seems to be working on ours. I would do a compare between your 8.3.8 from and the default 9.0 form. When I converted I copied line item contents from old to new. There were some items that were new and not on the old. Also I have found in some areas not sure if this affects you. That if I add the ICD 10 codes as well I get results. Just some ideas. Hope this helps.

I just got back from a trip and noted your answer. I'm not quite clear on what you are recommending When you suggested copying line items from old to new. Could you clear this up for me?

When I converted our files, I would open the new file(9.0) and the old file (8.3.8). I did this only to the files that had been changed from there original state. I would then look at the difference between them files and update the new(9.0) file to reflect the changes needed. I was careful not to copy the entire file as it could erase some needed config information for the new files. I had 3 folders one for the 8.3.8 files one for 9.0 files and one called merged that contained 9.0 files updated with the 8.3.8 changes.
If you have a demo system you can try just using the out of box 9.0 files and see if it fixes your problem. If it does then you could have a mix of files of different versions.
