Is anyone still experiencing performance issues with CPS 10 since the service packs were released? We are considering upgrading but want to make sure all of the issues have been resolved.

Still having problems with Chart and other various database errors. PC's just lock up and CPS shuts down.
Server Specs:
- DB: 32 GB RAM, 24 core's worth of processors, 700GB SSD MLC
- JBOSS: 10 GB RAM, dual quad core
- DTS: 6 GB of RAM, dual quad core
everything else: Kryptiq, e-prescribe, SMPP, all have their own dedicated servers.
all of this, yet we encounter errors daily.
JBoss and CPS are still unstable... on a good day we will have 10 lock ups and shutdowns.
jdibiasio and acantu, what service pack are you on? We are getting close to upgrading to 10 and I am very concerned about the stability and performance. That has always been my biggest issue with Centricity. I was hoping that the latest service packs had fixed most of the issues, but it doesn't sound like it.

Does anyone else have frequent system errors within the Payment Entry and Transaction Distribution windows?
I have had lots of tickets open with GE and they give the impression nobody else is having this problem.
has anyone tried .211?
dmontgomery yes we have the exact same issue, a lot, we are on 10.1.1.189 and also have a few tickets open for the same issue

My coworker mentioned she used to have one crash in a day, but since two weeks ago it happens much more frequently. Using CPS 10.0.2.218 here. Haven't really had a chance to investigate. Is your issue recent or since you upgraded?
how are you on 218? i thought 211 was the latest available version
Yeah, they don't have the best version numbers. It's v10.0 SP2. I haven't upgraded to v10.1 yet!
ah sorry my mistake. i wanted to test SP3 but i guess that has been suspended indefinitely. they weren't able to give me a new release date.

Yes we have the same issues but were also given the impression that no one else is having these problems. We have spent alot of money based on recommendations by GE yet we have seen no improvement.
Glad I found this post; it validates what I've been telling clinic staff.
