Can anyone provide some feedback on upgrading to CPS 11. We have a large 50+ physician practice that is upgrading and I am looking to find out what kinds of issues (if any) people have ran into.

Just make sure you set all the problem lists to the Smart List. If they maintain using their custom problem list, it will limit them on what they can search for to what was added to the custom list prior to upgrade. That was really the only thing we noted that was an annoyance to our providers. Good Luck!

Just curious when you upgraded have you experienced any increased volume of system crashes (on the client)? In our test environment we have seen more client side crashing with the application. Trying to figure out if its forms or the product itself.
What type of crashes are you experiencing? Are they in the chart module? Are they White message boxes stating that the system has encountered an error and the application must close? Or if you have a screenshot of the error, could you email me?
