Good morning, we have some custom inquiries pulling the following information
Appointment date is "mm/dd/yyyy"
Appointment Book is "xxxxx"
Appointment Type is not "xxxxxx"
Appointment status is not 'cancelled'
We have 5 providers that use this inquiry to pull their appts for the next day to print off a form that is created as a 'letter' so they can hand it to the patient when they come in. The forms vary but basically list the patient's current allergies, problems and meds and then there are places for the patient to list any additions.
Problem is there is no Appointment Book option now in inquiries and 'cancelled' is not an option for appointment status. We can probably live without the appointment status, but we have to have a was to pull who the patient has an appointment with.
Does anyone have a potential work around or maybe a crystal report that you have created that would pull the same information?
We miss that too.
You can make copies of the appointment reports under the "Schedule" tree, join the Allergies, Probs & Meds, build a new report and run them through there, but according to GE it is not possible through the inquiries module anymore...but you can feel free to submit an enhancement request 🙂
