SP 5 finally showed up in my server setup... Downloading to our non production now for testing. =)

Thought I'd share our testing with SP5 and what we've noticed so far that was not addressed in this release: 1) Patient banner disappears 2) Using the GE CCC vitals form or our own custom vitals form, can cause the client to crash on certain patients 3) Duplicate Claims generated from orders module (shows as one in orders, but 2 in the database) 4) Tabbing out of prescribing method after predictive text in Refills, causes crash 5) CVS not printing from responsible provider location, it defaults to patient home location. 6) Customized settings and columns do not stick on Chart Module Desktop like quick access toolbar and document summary column. 7) Immunization Migration tool as of SP4 only migrated 75,000 of our 300,000 Immunizations. I've heard from our VAR that GE is re-tooling the migration tool. A few other intermittent issues we experience in SP3 that so far we have not been able to duplicate with SP5 but were not listed in the release notes as fixed are: 1) Filtering a document list on a users's desktop and opening a document opens up a document not even in the filtered list which seems to be the top document in the unfiltered list. 2) While in an encounter, clicking on a different form on the left nav area pulls up the wrong form, we have to click onto another form then back onto the one we selected before to get it to pull up. For instance, we click on the Histories form and HPI pulls up. 3) Sending a flag from a patient's chart would not always attach to the chart so when the recipient opened the flag, it would not open the patient's chart.
This certainly isn't exhaustive, just things we've noticed day 1 in our non-production system.
