I just built a CPS 12 demo environment, complete with a test terminal server, and the CPS client does not launch. The familiar webpage loads in IE, then I am asked if I want to allow Microsoft Windows to make changes to the computer, then I am asked if I want to install the software "GE Healthcare Technologies, Inc.". I answer yes/install and then nothing happens. The client is already installed.
The SQL and Application server are the same machine, Server 2012 R2 with SQL Server 2012. The client is on a Server 2008 R2 RDS machine.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. I feel like I have missed an important component of the install but haven't found anything in the documentation.
Justin,
From what I can tell, I would check the JBOSS Log (c:\Program Files\Centricity Practice Solution\jboss\server\default\log) to see if something is preventing JBOSS from starting.

We had a similar issue and had to run IE as administrator for the jobs file to run.
After that, the client would start up, you don't need to run IE as administrator every time you open the client, just the first time.
Running IE as administrator for the first time was the ticket. It appears it was installing a registry key. Thank you!
