We recently installed CPS 12 in a test environment and have found that everytime we try and open a phone note, either via the quick button or by encounter the system crashes and logs us out. Has any one else experienced this?

If anyone is interested, this was related to a text file we had created to pull different phone notes depending on what specialty you are signed into. I had to recreate it, and then it worked.

This is insane. We are using the lastest cps 12.03 and users are still getting kickoff randomly. Mostly when they are in the phone notes or office visits. There is no pattern of when they get kickoff and that makes it so difficult. Any one experiencing the same issue?
I have no idea if it is related but someone posted that they were getting a ton of network traffic to their JBoss server that CQR and Qvera were sending. I don't know if that could cause client disconnects or not but you might look at it just in case.
I was the one that posted that issue. We had stopped CQR and network traffic is normal now but the system kept crashing randomly when using emr. It could be from prescription refills, office visits, phone notes, etc. In fact, this crashing issues started right after we upgraded from cps 10 to 12 before we even started with CQR.

I was wondering if you could elaborate on what you did to re-create the text component you are using to pull in specialty-specific phone notes? We are experiencing the same issue with large amounts of seemingly random phone note crashes - and we also use a text component in the document template to pull in location-based phone notes.
Was it as easy as re-typing the text component? I know GE has suggested that to me before with handouts that were giving me issues... Was there spacing or syntax issues that weren't working well with the new upgrade? Any help you could offer would be great. Thanks very much.

I am also having this problem and have not had any luck in getting it resolved. Users are getting kicked out of the phone note but it is random and I cannot recreate at will. We are on 12.0.11. We use CQR and are wondering if anyone got this resolved.
