Hi,
We've been on Service Pack 6 for a couple weeks and been having issues with providers crashing when signing documents. Most users are on terminal servers, so we've had some luck with clearing out the roaming profiles... but within a couple days they start crashing again.
Has anyone else encountered this issue as well?

We are experiencing the same thing since sp6. At this point in time it has been really plaguing one provider.
David, is that user a THIN or FAT client? We are having some issues with users THIN via RDP.
We are scheduled to upgrade to SP6 this Friday. I'm interested to hear if this has been an issue for CEMR as well as CPS for SP6.
We are getting ready to upgrade to SP6 in EMR9.8 and these posts concern me. We have been having crashes in LIVE on SP4 when prescribing and in some other areas. This also seems to be plaguing one provider in particular. We use Citrix servers. I was hoping SP6 was going to help with these, but not I'm hesitant to have it loaded.
I have experienced this as well in just about all areas of the charting process. The upgrade to SP6 did not help mine at all. Still working with support to find out what is going on.
This is what we were told pretty much with 12.0.5 and 12.0.6 has done nothing for improvement.
