We have recently upgraded to CPS SP9, and while the new CVS is much better looking than the older versions, I am curious if any of you know where the data under "Patient Instructions and Care Plan" comes from.
Our instructions show up, but below it is says "No information Available", leading me to believe that it is looking for input from some other location that we do no populate.
We are also not seeing the current meds populating either, which I am still investigating.
Is anyone else on SP9 seeing these issues?

Its pulls from the HTML Care Plan form which is located on the Risk Factor in the lower right column.

The Med list will show, however there is an SPR for the med instructions not printing out on the CVS. So you get the med, but no instructions.....No ETA on the fix.
