Does anyone have any information on end of support for v12.0.9? Is anyone else still on this version?

12.2.1 goes end of life in July so 12.0.x has been out of support for quite a while.

We are still on 12.0.9 and they are telling us the support is ending on July 1st. I didn't know about 12.2.1, but it seems like both 12.0.9 and 12.2.1 are being phased out in the same time. There was some indication they might extend that due to current state we're all in so I figured to ask here.

I found a document on the athenahealth customer portal from Dec. 2016 about end of life for CPS products and for 12..0.x they said "Begin upgrade planning" 🙂
Wow, it's been out there for a minute I guess, 🙂
Our GE/AthenaHealth account manager told us about this in February of this year. We actually had few meetings about upgrade last year, but there was no urgency at that point. Honestly, I don't remember end of support was mentioned in any of those meetings.
Thanks anyway, we're are in process of choosing what system to go with now. We'll have to get into a faster gear for sure.
