We are scheduled to upgrade to CPS 12.11 next week. I have reviewed the documentation on the portal. It does not look like there are any funtionality changes. I wanted to make sure the look/feel is the same?
If feedback on this forum is any indication, I don't think you want to go to SP 11. We've stayed at SP10 due to all the problems in SP11.
We have read the threads in the forum. Our VAR stated they have had over 100 clients upgrade with it functioning well. I know there is an issue with Liaison for your lab ordering and/or results but we do not use that product.
We are having so many issues on our current version our MD's want to go ahead an upgrade.
Our SP11 upgrade was fairly smooth other than the Medication interaction alert pop ups issue.
We had to take several steps to stop them from popping up on every patient. I believe there are several documents available by GE on what to do to address this - as you have most likely already seen.
We've had a number of issues with SP11. My support calls have increased exponentially since we upgraded. For what it's worth support told me yesterday they were planning to release SP12 late next week, but because of issues with chart locks and performance they may delay that to get those issues corrected first. You might want to wait and see when SP12 becomes available.

We stayed on SP10 as well. When SP12 is out and if it it doesn't have the issues SP11 has we'll upgrade to it.
Our upgrade experience has been "meh"... roughly the same amount of application crashes, no improvements in "known issues". It's my understanding that the SP11 upgrade was a requirement for Meaningful Use and/or PQRS attestations for the year
If you have upgraded to CPS , is the template fixed for CCC-A&P?
**We have issues with the medications not entering under the Problem Assessment
**We also have issues with the Radio buttons not functioning properly
This causes major frustration and causes their time management to grow.
This is the main reason why our Providers want to go ahead an upgrade. Not to mention the countless times they get kicked out of the system.
We were able to fix this issue by using the usrlibccc.txt file version 1.6. The install had us at version 1.3, but our VAR provided us with a newer version that fixes this issue for us. This was an issue for us in both SP 10 and 11
