During a meeting yesterday with athenaHealth, we learned that CPS 12.3.1 and 12.3.2 will no longer be supported after 6/30/2020. Starting 7/1/2020, only versions 12.3.3 and forward will be supported.
Perhaps this is common knowledge, but it was certainly news to all members of our team. Just passing this along as a FYI to other sites who are not yet on 12.3.3.

On Wednesday's v20 webinar they stated that they support the current and previous 2 versions of their products. I'm not as up-to-date on CPS vs. CEMR versioning, but I would think that the difference between 12.3.2 and 12.3.3 is a Service Pack and not a version release.

We have also heard the same message: the current and previous 2 versions were supported, with no mention of service pack. This was the first time we had heard that 12.3.1 and 12.3.2 would not have support. There was a webinar today and we inquired about end of life for 12.3.x, and were told that there is no end of life date for 12.3.x. Unfortunately, we're receiving inconsistent messages.

Good news - We have learned that this information is incorrect. All versions of CPS 12.3.x will continue to be supported by athenaHealth for the foreseeable future.
