I had never seen this before but now I've seen it in two systems (12.0 and 12.2). In CPS, when you open an encounter and are on a form (if your focus isn't in a multi-line edit field) if you hit ENTER, the screen goes "blank". Basically you are looking at a form with no fields or previous or next buttons. If you click on another form in the navigation pane and then go back to this form, it looks normal. Going to Text and back still brings up the unusable form. Other than going to another form or putting the encounter on hold and opening it again, I couldn't find a way to make the form content appear again. Anyone know a trick to get around this? I tried it in my EMR 9.8 Eval version and hitting ENTER closes the form and you see the text translation.

This is a known issue, never addressed by GE.
