Inside of the chart note there is a camera that contains a blank image as an attachment to the chart note that needs to be removed, the nurse has no idea how it got there. When trying to delete it gives this
"The selected image is currently used by 1 picture links within the body of the current document.
You must remove each of these links in the chart note before you can delete this image.
(Use the popup menu "Remove" item in the "Inserted" pane of the Chart Update tab to remove attachments)"
When also trying to delete the attachment from inside the Text portion of the form I am getting this error:
error: 32785 possibly too much data for field
Any help would be appreciated!

In the chart update you should have three boxes (panes) in the left Summary menu. The first pane (Forms) should have an icon(s) of a camera that contains the blank image. Do this first. Right click the camera icon then left click Remove. Only remove the camera icon (You may have more than one) and not the forms.
Now go down to the next pane (Attachments). Right click the camera icon then click Delete Attachment.
