I am new to the scheduling module within CPS and wondered if there is a best way to build search criteria for new appointments.
I would like the staff to be able to search for the first available new patient appointment for one doctor. Do I have to build a search criteria format for each doctor individually or make the staff change the resource each time?
Does anyone have a good workflow they are willing to share?

I have a Crystal Report that will show all open slots for any provider in Doctor Facility table. This report has been written for a specific practice. Each practice will have their own conventions. Contact me if you are interested in pursuing this, [email protected]. Appointment/Scheduling table relationships are not for the faint of heart.
