Wanting to know if anyone has experienced an issue with Component Reports printing incorrect patients? We are on Centricity PM 10.0.0.212 and this seems to be a sporatic problem.
Yes, we are having this problem printing labels. We can't replicate the behavior but it does happen occasionally. We're on CPS 10.0.2.218.

Did you talk to GE regarding this? If not, would you please. We have, but were told no one else has complained about this and that it is because we have a custom report.
I opened a SR with GE yesterday but haven't heard from anyone yet. I'll post their response here. Ours are custom too but only the layout. The SQL is almost identical to the canned report.
Heard from GE support today about our component report issue. Was told to try to replicate the behavior on a standard report for a week. If our staff can replicate on the standard report, GE will record their workstation and look at the workflow to try to determine a cause. Other than that we would need to go to the Custom Report team which I think involves a fee.
The report in question is a Dymo label. One is printed from Registration, the other from Schedule. They are based on the standard label report which is only on the Schedule. The GE tech looked at the query for our custom label report and didn't see anything wrong with it.
