We are ramping up to implement the Ignis lab interface and would like any input regarding the use of the Dymo label printers recommended by Ignis. We are in a Terminal Server environment, but were told that the printers are connected locally via USB. Has anyone been successful using them?

We are interfaced with Ignis and using the Dymo label printers in a Terminal server environment. The printers use a jet direct and are installed on our network. I don't recall this being an issue during our implementation. Ignis provided the configurations.

We too have an interface with Ignis and use the Dymo label printers. We are on a Citrix environment. The printers are locally connected via USB and have not experienced significant issues with them.
