We went live with CPS12 on 6/30/14 and we access via Citrix.
Intermittent issue as follows:
1) clinical staff will open the Immunization form and either attempt to 'Give Today' or select the Green + sign to Administer what was ordered by Provider;
2) Example --let's say Zoster was selected. No data is available in the drop-down list for Vaccine under Zoster.
3) I go back to my desk and access the same patient chart and repeat process above and it works just fine.
4) User who could not see the data is on a different CTX server. I think we have CTX01 - CTX05.
This happens whether we are using the Factory Immunization Custom List (I believe this is out-of-box GE list), or our own Custom List.
Not sure if this is a GE issue however.
If you are using the Immunization Management - GE form this sounds like the text files are missing or not updated on whatever server is having issues. The text files for the GE immunization form have to be on each server in the client\clinical content\immunization folder. This is usually done via jobs.txt though I use a powershell script for this as I had problems with jobs.txt working consistently and found powershell to be much easier.
If you are using the same form zoster is located in the ImmGEOthCfg.txt file.
If you aren't using this exact form it is still very likely that there are text files that allow you to update the drop downs especially if it is a GE form.
