Bovie, just wondering if this script would help with slowness for users? We installed SP11 the end of Sept and some have complained of slowness. I just received a call from our Ophthalmologist's ofc complaining that the last 2 weeks the slowness has gotten worse. Just opening a chart they get the "Loading" circle to documenting in a form and waiting for it to bring up the next form the mouse just spins and spins.
Any other suggestions?

No joy so far. I archived our old obs. We refreshed UI settings. Multiple days with DB and SQL trace on trying to find the issues. Problem has been escalated through support but still no answers. No real contact from GE support on a daily basis. If they are trying to solve the problem they are not doing it on our physical system. No fix we have employed to date has changed the increase in chart locks, the severe system slowness on opening charts and updates. Some updates can take over 45 seconds to open (with traces off). We are still experiencing app crashes as often as every other patient. Most occur while signing documents and while moving in the document list from one document and highlighting (selecting) another. Strangely enough no crashes occur on interface document signing. Even though lab documents have a slew of OBS in them they don't seem to cause any trouble or at least not often.
We use some custom forms but the level of programming in them is minimal. Mostly data entry fields and some super buttons. Occasional watcher functions ect.
If anyone has any improvements or further suggestions please keep us posted.

Just in case anyone is still following this thread:
Things have not really gotten much better since December 7, 2015. (Apparently you should never install software on Pearl Harbor Day) We upgraded several patches over the last 2 months and stopped at patch 4 . Continuing crashes and signed observations despite crashed documents. Very frustrating over the last 2 months.
Tonight, March 4, 2016 we installed patch 6a and did a complete JBOSS reinstallation.
Centricity DLL still crashes with any attempt at dictation with dragon medical practice in the local window. We are able to dictate into terminal service windows.
Chart opening is a little bit better with service pack 11 patch 6a
I have not seen a crash on document signing yet but there is no load on the system. More to follow on Monday.
Hopefully patch 6 a will fix the majority of our problems. I'll keep you posted.
