Anyone that is on CPS12.2 sp2, have you had any issues in the billing module where it will not update the claims statuses when batched?
We have several instances where it will batch the claim but not update the status to Batched. It leaves it in approved status.
Wondering if anyone else has had this issue.

Following-- we update next week to this service pack so it will be good to know if this is an issue going in.
